People (and toddlers) have fatal accidents all the time, and the vast majority of such incidents do not involve guns. Go peddle your bull**** somewhere else. And just for the record, I do think it is stupid to let a 9 year old fire an automatic weapon. Why not blame the stupid parents and stupid instructor instead of the gun? The instructor by the way is elligible for a Darwin award since there will be no repeat mistake. In this video essay, Bill takes on the National Rifle Association, who he refers to here as "the armed bully of American politics, the enabler of the gunfighter nation, whose exceptionalism includes a high tolerance for the slaughter of the innocent." |

I do find it amusing that the lefties love to skewer creationists and wax lyrically about Darwin but when it actually comes to watching Darwin in action they are aghast. You think schadenfreude is an appropriate response to this guy's death? Should I celebrate that poor idiot's demise because it supports my concern for pairing idiots and guns? I love the expression of concern from the NRA on this tragic incident...oh, wait... They're wishing they had an American version of the Uzi so they could use the tragedy to sell against it. |

The same Bill, who imported high performance Porsche that even with his millions, last I heard, could not get permission to drive on the street. Why does someone need a 200 mph car for the street? Bill just supports his excesses. |

The criminals ultimately broke down the door and got inside the home. The resident responded by retrieving a gun and firing at the home invaders, striking and killing one, and wounding another. The surviving intruders fled the home, but were later captured by police. The surviving home invaders have been charged with the murder of their accomplice. Albequerque Police Department Public Information Officer Tanner Tixier shared some advice for would be intruders with local media outlet KRQE, stating, "“What people need to understand is if you join your buddy to go commit a felony and your buddy dies you can be the one who gets charged with murder." Sounds like they got what they deserved, administered by someone who was sufficiently trained to undertake his own defense. Problem is, a large percentage of guns are in the hands of people who aren't well trained, don't store or handle weapons properly and end up creating more danger than they're capable of solving. I want guns in the hands of people who can handle them properly. The gun industry and the NRA don't give a **** who has 'em. In fact, their business case is built on the fear that the "wrong people" (young, colored folk) have 'em. Turns out the "wrong people" are the idiots who never take responsibility for the deadly force they own. Yet you swing blindly in the night attacking everyone. Huh? I'm attacking those who are too stupid to take responsibility and those who are too calloused to make laws that will help stupid people take their responsibility seriously. How about some laws for the hundreds and hundreds who do the shootings on purpose? Notice the disregard for those, eh jps? |
