These things work well. I've tried several different varieties, but the Solofill Cup K3 Chrome is
the best yet. Just ordered two...free shipping (in US) makes direct buying cheaper than Amazon.

I tried hand loading those things. It's not very convenient. Might as
well use a regular coffee brewer. YMMV.

Takes practice, and the right kind of coffee holder. The one that comes with the Keurig is crap.
This one works well.
