I have no association with Jamestown Distributors other than as a
satisfied customer. I buy things from them two or three times a year
because of their vast selection of boating supplies and their great
customer service. As an example, I needed some 1/2 inch brass half
oval strips for a rub rail repair. JD had them but only in 12 ft
lengths which must ship by motor freight at considerable expense. I
called customer service and they readily agreed to cut them into 6 ft
lengths and package them into a cardboard tube for UPS shipping. Great
service and no extra charge.

I can't speak for their forum, but I have had excellent service from
them, too. A+ operation.
