Thank goodness that 11year-old girl knew how to shoot a gun!

She would be charged in Florida. They call that cat a panther here and
try to say they are endangered. (even if it is bull****)

Apparently she had a cougar tag. Don't imagine they give those out in Florida. There's a lot more
sanity down there than in Washington. Imagine giving an 11 year-old a cougar tag!

Sigh. Reads like another example of man ruining animal habitat and then
killing the few remaining hungry animals that remain.

Well, at least in Florida with the rising ocean and gulf waters, where
you live will be underwater again, and then when the waters subside,
it'll be safe for critters once more.

Well, why are you out in the country ruining habitat? Mountain Lions are
fully protected in this state. No problem except they are not uncommon,
kill most of the endangered mountain sheep, kill a few hikers, lots of
lions. We have them around here. One once in a while travels near the
grammar and middle schools. Do not fear man anymore.

Simply a fact. It was even demonstrated in court but the government
dropped the case before judgement so there was no precedent
established.
The state did import a number of Texas cougars right after that since
the endangered designation wasn't true so creating a hybrid species
was not an issue. The cats here are now part Texan insert Rick Perry
joke here. That eliminated any chance that they could be an
endangered species.

I have no problem with protecting panther habitat but they seem to
refuse to stay there and they are encroaching into areas that were
settled 100+ years ago, simply because they have outgrown their
habitat. We have the same issue with black bears.
I imagine if you had a 100 pound cougar chasing your kids around the
yard, you would be thinking about shooting one too.
(or would you apologize for invading his space, throw him the kid you
like the least and move?)

Maybe we should send you a bunch of wild hogs and let you enjoy that
little taste of nature.

If I want to see wild hogs, I'll drive by walmart.

What's racist about calling some walmart shoppers wild hogs? Does the
term "wild hog" connote race to you? What race, and why?

Morons. No ****.
