Man defends himself against armed robber in parking lot, KPRC, Houston, Texas 05/22/14

While walking through the parking lot of an apartment complex in Houston, Texas a man was confronted
by an armed robber who demanded his belongings. The man responded by drawing a gun and shooting the
robber twice, causing the thief to flee. Police captured the criminal a short time later at a local
hospital.

Thank goodness he had a gun!

What an Idiot. If the robber were more of an asshole, the victim would
be dead. I don't think losing your wallet, your watch and your
jewelry is a good reason to die. You probably disagree.

Should of given the robber his wallet, and watch. Then when the robber
relaxed, pulled the weapon and been a better shot. Make sure the 2nd tap
was good.
