Nigeria-Kidnapped-Girls

Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., wants to see more than hashtag messages
voicing displeasure over the abduction of nearly 300 Nigerian
schoolgirls by the terrorist group Boko Haram. He wants to see U.S.
troops go into Nigera and rescue the girls, even if it means doing so
without permission from the Nigerian government.

‘If they knew where they were, I certainly would send in U.S. troops to
rescue them, in a New York minute I would, without the permission of the
host country,’ McCain said Tuesday. Referring to Nigeria’s president,
McCain added: ‘I wouldn’t be waiting for some kind of permission from
some guy named Goodluck Jonathan.’

And Sarah Palin, no doubt, would be taking point, assuming she could
find Nigeria.

Actually, the heyday of jingles for local radio and tv ad clients in the
DC market pretty much died out when President Alzheimer's took office. I
don't think the two events are related, though. Jingle writing was fun,
especially when you could commission a bit of new music. But most local
jingles were done against a background of what we called (incorrectly)
needle drops. The local ad biz isn't much fun anymore.

Being a 2nd rate hack maybe? Could not get elected to any statewide
office, I would guess. Bad karma. Jealous of a woman would did not
graduate Yale being able to land a better position.

Wrist injury, did not hit head. You still suffering IRS liens? Still
stiffing your creditors? Loan sharks looking for you, and you need all
those weapons?
