New Kimber 9mm

http://www.kimberamerica.com/solo I like it. Might have to give the P938 to one of my brothers. That Kimber is a beautiful firearm. If it shoots as well as its big brother, the .45, it's a nice shooting firearm also. That'll give me something to think about at Gettysburg. The housekeeper knows how to shoot....very well. I like the size. I need a pocket gun for a certain type of boating... |

Local gun dealer said they are picky with ammo and the Marines had "catastrophic" failures with them. 1911's but this is the first time I've heard anything bad about Kimber. I looked into it and the Marines did switch to Colt but I didn't see anything about failures. I didn't spend a lot of time on it, either. I'll wait for the Beretta 21A Inox. It's a little smaller and better suited for this particular application. |
