Received from one of my very right wing friends:


1. Americans are called capitalist and greedy – but half the population
is subsidized.

2. Half the population are subsidized – but they consider themselves
victims.

3. They believe they are being victimized – but their representatives
in Congress run the government.

4. Representatives in Congress run the government – yet the poor keep
getting poorer.

5. The poor keep getting poorer – but they have things that people in
many other countries can only dream about.

6. They have things that people in other countries can only dream about
– yet they want the US to be more like those other countries.

Who’s doing the freakin math here!

And a couple more things:

1. We’re cautioned NOT to judge ALL Muslims by the actions of a few
lunatics, but we’re encouraged to judge ALL gun owners by the
actions of a few lunatics.


2. We’re regularly warned that Social Security is running out of money
but Welfare and Food Stamps seem to be a bottomless pit of money.

3. We’re cutting benefits for veterans and raises for military. We’re
downsizing our army and naval forces to levels lower than before
WWII. BUT . . . we’re not stopping payments or benefits to illegal
aliens.

I just passed along something sent to me by a friend who happens to be
