That sure does look like one of the rifle ranges at Quantico. And the speech sounds like something a
fired up instructor would give to some recruits. In the military, any instruction is always preceded
by an 'attention getting' step. That's what this sounds like.

For the most part, I think he did a pretty good job. Definitely shows the Marine spirit with lots of
enthusiasm.
