Christie has dug his own trench, and it seems to be getting wider and deeper. That has bad implications for the GOP, because about all it has left for the 2016 nomination are the crazies. Christie is simply a modern version of the old-time political boss. He's not stupid or crazy. Ted Cruz and Rand Paul? :) -- There’s no point crying over spilled 4-Methylcyclohexanemethanol. |

I understand it was, for Atlanta, a hell of a storm and there were a few deaths and a lot of suffering and terrific traffic problems, but, other than that, I don't see why there's been such a fuss. This year's storms in the northeast have had much more serious consequences for a lot more people. Southern cities shouldn't be expected to have made the capital investment in snow removal gear and scheduling and everything else that northern cities have to make. I saw the governor of Georgia interviewed at length on TV yesterday, and he seemed as rational and reasonable as anyone about the weather and the problems it created. -- There’s no point crying over spilled 4-Methylcyclohexanemethanol. |

Should just tell them to stay home. But said the highways in Atlanta were completely passible. Salted and clean. He pointed out that every picture MSNBC was showing was outside of Atlanta. Mika blew up. So he repeated it a couple more times as they continued to show the same pictures. Mika blew up. I saw the CNN coverage too. Sommebody else can report Fox coverage. Never watch it. Someone needs to let the CNN and MSNBC folks know that the mayor is a Democrat. It's probably good that you don't watch FOX. You wouldn't want the other half of the facts interfering with your mind set. Oh, they know. They are TRYING to throw him under the bus to divert attention from goings on in Washington. To his credit, he refuses to be a sacrificial lemming. Yes, I meant to say lemming. If anyone can find it, I'd like to see this interview. Me too. I think this is it.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g275LMFqPXU Atlanta Mayor lashing out? I have to laugh. Funny how the libbers spin and spin and spin. What I got is this happened two years ago in 2011 and the city was not even cleared for three days. This mayor "learned" from that and this time he had 30 sanders, and 40 plows ready and working all night long, his roads were clear for passing the next day... I say, it sounds to me like he handled things fine, now they need to look at the Repub Gov that is in charge of the interstates.... |

I wouldn't hang with people like that in the real world cause I would probably kill them, so I am not gonna' bother with them anymore on tv either.... |

Like I said, if you listen to the interview on MSNBC, the interviewer asks "what did you learn in 2011".. She asked it after the Mayor had already noted that in 2011 they had a storm and because they didn't have plows or sanders, the cleanup didn't even start for 48 hours. This time, they had 30 sanders, and 40 plows, and the roads for the most part were cleared and all kids were home in the city of Atlanta, by morning... Seems like he learned something in 2011... |

It's a shame most of them cannot realize that. |
