Found these gems in the back of my closet. Provenance indicates they
were worn 2000 years ago by a fellow fishing next to the Sea of Galilee,
but that provenance may be a hoax.

Thinking of selling them on eBay for about $100,000. They're broken in,
they've been in several oceans, they're holy, and they have an original,
never-duplicated aroma.

What is obnoxious about the post? I know the shoes smell, but certainly
their aroma hasn't reached you way out there in California.

Earlier today, I noticed that your boy Wayne made a nasty reference to a
poster here, the first I saw upon my return to U.S.A., and, of course,
rec.boats. I must have missed you asking him to "not start the ****."

I haven't made one negative comment so far this year about any other
poster here. I haven't looked through the posts I missed while I was
away, but I wonder, can you make the same claim?

I notice are already engaging in that game here this year.

Not just any "poster", most specifically directed at you. Your kill
file must be leaking again. So how are the Feds doing with that
Fraudulent Conveyance investigation? Those guys can be really tough
once they get on the trail. Hope your wife doesn't get dragged into
it as an accessory or co-conspirator.

If I were you, and carrying around all of that baggage, I'd keep a
much lower profile.

There are no leaks in the septic tank; earlier today I stated here I
took the cover off for most, but not all, of the right-wing posters. I
also stated that for the moment I wasn't going to engage in the
right-wing games here. Obviously, you are one of those who can't seem to
get along without exhibiting your personal nastiness, and I'm sure that
some of your buds here can't get along with it, either.

Have a nice day.

I've got those shoes up for sale in a post on FB, and so far, I've
received six bids, with the highest, as of last night, at a quarter.

It is possible, but not likely, they were worn by a 2000-year-old man.

I don't think it is snarky to point out that it apparently is "ok" with
some of the "hypersensitive," as you call them, if their buddies behave
badly in here and "go after" other posters. As far as I can tell, so far
this year, it is only the posters on the rightwing side of the political
spectrum who are exhibiting that sort of behavior. What is ironic is
that when some of those same posters complain about the behavior of
others here, they tend not to include their own examples of what they
consider bad behavior, or those of their fellow rightwingers.

Benghazi, Benghazi, Benghazi, as the saying goes. :)

the Sea of Galilee. On the other hand, I didn't fish there.

2000 years ago? Not just the shoes stink.

I'm sorry for you.

Oh bull****. Mel Brooks movie and your reference of a 2000 year old
fisherman have zero in reference relationships regards your post!

Bill, the clip I posted of Mel and Carl's gag routine in the
2000-year-old man wasn't from a movie. To whom do you think I was referring?

Did not watch your clip. But I think it was Mel who did a movie on a 2000
yo man
