According to this article the Somalians didn't get jack crap last year. Probably due to the patrolling going on, not counting 10 captured and receiving life imprisonment with no parole by the UAE http://www.thenational.ae/uae/courts...-supreme-court I'm sure the Maersk Alabama incident had a lot to do with it as well.
