I just tried their 1-800-966-SAIL custmer service number and got an answering
machine. It is not quite is not quite 6:00 pm in Newport.

Let us know if you still can't through.

Ya, they're in business. I sent them an email through their website around
a month ago and they responded within a day or two. I recently received
some info from the SoCal sailing center too. Here are some links:
