Default Filter threads?

In article , jrags says...

IS there any way to filter out all of the threads on this blog that deal
with politics biased opinions and general trash.
I joined this blog because I am interested in learning about small boat
building and seamanship. I' sure there is a lot of good information,
but I really don't have the time to sort thru all of the junk.
Is there some kind of thrash blocking program I can use to help make
this a better place to spend my time? Jrags

This is not a blog, this is a USENET newsgroup. The web site "www.boatbanter.com", from
whence you come, chooses to suck up the USENET rec.boats newsgroup into their site to make it
look like they have more "action" than they acutally do. If you want to implement a filter
then you should stop using www.boatbanter.com.
