I wonder if carrying proof of insurance is more difficult than carrying a voter ID?
I'm OK with the voter ID, but that is a bad bit of logic, there. Do
you have any idea how many people don't have ANY insurance and thence,
no card?
Why not just barcode everyone and then the problem is solved. Get stopped by the police,
stick your arm out the window. Go to a liquor store and hold out your arm and get it scanned.
Go to the hospital and present your arm to be scanned. Go to the voting booth and wear long
sleeve shirts to hid your barcode so that you can vote multiple times.
