A single shot, smoothbore like that gun is trivial to make,
particularly if you only plan on shooting it once or twice.

You go first ;-)

Now you've done it. I was hoping Herring would give it a try.

I made a very serviceable 12ga shotgun when I was about 13. We found a
box of shells in the woods and wanted to find a way to shoot them.
All 25 went down range without a hitch or a blown off finger.
When my dad found it he made me take it apart because it was clearly a
NFA34 violation. (the barrel was too short and overall length was too)

The strange thing is, I could have registered it as an OAW for $5 if I
was old enough.

We made lots of very fine cannons when I was 10 years old or so. My dad
owned a large commercial machine shop, and I could run a lathe early on,
and we make them out of 1.5" hot rolled round stock, and would use fire
crackers, gun powder, jetex fuses, etc. mostly 30 caliber.

Sorry I didn't take my money out in January and park it
elsewhere...even at pittance interest.
Fund always goes up over December/January period and then slowly drops
for the rest of the year.
My theory is this enables the financial advisers to claim year end
bonuses.

Oh nooooo, you can't say that or "someone" will accuse you of wearing a
tin hat... unless of course he agrees with you:)... LOL!

What's in your portfolio? Crayola drawings on newsprint?

Heck, used to make 22's with a car antenna and a piece of 2x4, a nail
and a rubber band.

You might want to evaluate your investment strategy. The Idea is to make
money.

No need to eat crayons. 3D printers can now be used to "print" food.
One recently demonstrated printing out an edible brownie.
Others have made other types of food.

My wife has been watching this for about a year now... She is very
interested. I am wondering about the rendering software and the finished
finish of the printed products. I have seen some that could print out a
smooth surface, but they seem way out of the private market so far....
