Perfectly valid explanation.

Bull****. Zimm WAS arrested immediately. He was released, properly, because there was not enough evidence to hold and prosecute him, which the politically-motivated trail later showed to be the case.

Try again.

No he was NOT "arrested immediately" Try again.

February 26, 2012 - George Zimmerman shoots Trayvon Martin while the 17-year-old is walking back from a convenience store in Sanford, Fla., where he purchased a pack of Skittles candy and iced tea. Zimmerman tells police he killed the teen in self-defense after a scuffle. He is taken into *custody* but soon released. No charges are filed.

arˇrest

verb (used with object)
1. to seize (a person) by legal authority or warrant; take into custody: The police arrested the burglar.

2.to catch and hold; attract and fix; engage: The loud noise arrested our attention.

noun

6.any seizure or taking by force.

Note number 1 and 5. He was arrested immediately on the scene, then released. Try again.

Ho Hum.......

?Zimmerman provided a statement claiming he acted in self defense, which
at the time was supported by physical evidence and testimony,? the
letter, signed by Sanford City Manager Norton Bonaparte Jr., says. ?By
Florida Statute, law enforcement was PROHIBITED from making an arrest
based on the facts and circumstances they had at the time.? (Caps are
theirs.)

SANFORD, Fla. -
The police chief at the center of a firestorm over the decision not to
arrest George Zimmerman tells Local 6 in an exclusive interview that he
may have saved his job had he given into pressure, but he believes that
would have violated his oath to uphold the Constitution.

[FULL VIDEO: Tony Pipitone's exclusive interview with Bill Lee]

Former Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee Jr. said he got the call about
shooting of Trayvon Martin on a rainy Sunday evening --Feb. 26, 2012 --
and headed to the scene at the Retreat at Twin Lakes.

"Without specific evidence to refute Zimmerman's self-defense claims",
Lee said, "an arrest would have subjected the city to possible
litigation for unlawful arrest."

Gee that's funny. We have seen the booking photo of him in handcuffs
the night of the shooting.

loogy argued a while back that to be arrested you simply had to be detained against your will by police, when it was about Zimmerman's previous arrests. Now he's going to argue that Zimm was not arrested when he shot Martin.

I see a pattern.

There's so much racism in you, PsychoSnotty, and in such a little package.

You really know how to bring out the best in people. Snerk.

If that's the "best" Snottie is showing, I'd hate to see his 'worst'.

Sure... words... As if I have the ability to gather a hundred thousand
people... LOL! I don't care what you all think. I know what you think,

I'm not afraid to say it: you are a psychotic dirtbag.

I'm not afraid to say it. You are a complete fool who is a low life,

vulgar, trashy person that will say anything nasty about anyone's wife

or child. You go off on insane rants that have no basis in reality. You

lie about other posters here. You are lazy and have no desire to get a

real job to support you and your family.

Oh, oh!
This is going to trigger the weepin' & wailin', poor l'il me, syndrome.

Harry is not that way. He merely piles on more lies to cover up his
existing lies. He isn't embarrassed, ashamed or apologetic for being
caught lying. Quite the buddy you got there, Donnie.
