I actually watched a drug deal go down one afternoon as I was leaving
the Safeway a couple of blocks from his house. I called the police, but
by the time they arrived, the buyer and seller were long gone.

look at the level of corruption and mismanagement Detroit has had over
the last 50 years to understand why they are in so much trouble.
