Usually for us it was one big or two smaller fillets. Sounds good, but not as good as the deep fried 'Uncle Moe's Catfish' I pigged out on while at the Gettysburg Bluegrass Festival. Damn, that stuff is good! I managed to talk him out of a baggie full of his seasoning, for only $6. Such a deal. Hell, maybe I'll try some of that on the cod.
