KENT -- The 49-year-old owner of a Kent gun shop and his 30-year-old stepson were arrested Friday morning on charges of illegally selling guns and drugs out of the business. According to the U.S. District Attorney's Office, Mark Bryant, owner of Westside Guns and East Valley Auto Rebuild, sold a handgun to a person he knew to be a drug user on Oct. 24. Two days later, his stepson Andrew Gagley sold a semi-automatic rifle to a person working with law enforcement even though he knew the man was not allowed to buy a gun because he was in the country illegally and was a convicted felon, according to the District Attorney's Office. In addition, Bryant is charged with distributing oxycontin, hydrocodone and morphine on three occasions in September and October. And, both Bryant and Gagley are charged with illegally distributing Demerol. Friday's arrests came after an eight-month investigation by multiple law-enforcement agencies. Bryant and Gagley are facing seven criminal charges, each of which is punishable by up to 20 years in prison. Scummy business, hastening the death of fellow American citizens. |

Assholes should be sent to prison, but some liberal judge will probably let 'em off with time served. Hell, what's a few drugs, right? Just look at Chicago. But it's okay with you for them to sell illegal guns eh? Which part of "sent to prison" confuses you? What part of "what's a few drugs, right?" confuses YOU? You are the resident expert in growing, harvesting and smoking a few drugs? Speaking of "smoking a few drugs" is that a statement or a question? |
