Sarah Palin’s Daughter Willow Graduates From Beauty School

Former GOP vice presidential hopeful Sarah Palin will never have to pay
to have her famous coif styled and cut again, because daughter, Willow,
18, just graduated from beauty school.

The proud mom proclaimed on Facebook, “In planning for her future,
Willow thought long and hard about what kind of work would make her
happy and provide her with a good income in today’s economy. She’s
artistic and has an interest in making people feel and look their best,
and as an entrepreneur with a strong work ethic she desires to be her
own boss as a small business owner.”

The one-time governor of Alaska bragged about Willow’s experience at
Penrose Academy in Phoenix, Arizona.

“She decided to finish her high school requirements quite early and
enroll in an academy for hair and skin, which allowed her to study
abroad, visit the sets of major media productions, and work with the
best of the best in the industry,” Palin proclaimed.

Tuition at Penrose ranges from $13,000 – $19,000.

“She’ll be graduated this week with no debt and a great career ahead of
her doing something she loves in a recession-proof industry (everyone
needs their hair cut after all!),” the Tea Party darling asserted.

According to Palin, a four year college degree doesn’t mean graduates
will get good paying jobs upon graduation. “One of the reasons I
aggressively encouraged vocational training opportunities as governor of
Alaska is because they lead to good paying jobs and happy careers. Young
people should not be pressured into assuming that a college degree is
the only path to employment today. It’s not,” Palin said.

After all, it only took Mama Bear Palin six universities before she
found one that would allow her to graduate.

In Wasilla Alaska it might not be that important to have a degree.

I imagine Willow thinks about what her mom says every time she has
that English Lit major asking her if she wants to super size her
Whopper combo down at the Wasilla Burger King.

I do understand why the people out in flyover land think democrats are
elitist snobs and why they are not that successful there.

I also find it interesting that Harry, the supposed "friend of the
working man", is maligning hair dressers. Do you talk the same way
when your barber has that razor on your neck?

Please point out where I am maligning hair dressers. The Palin kid
apparently completed a course of education her first time out. It took

Sarah Palin is a glib demagogue, but it doesn't appear that anyone in

Just pointing out a bit of American anti-intellectualism. I'm sure the

That gets back to your eastern elitism. You assume everyone wants to
be a hedge fund manager or college professor. There are plenty of
people who just want to get a job and make an honest living. My wife
pays her hairdresser about $80 an hour to get her hair done (in
Fumbuck Florida). That is cash in the woman's home. It is not a bad
living.

Why do you feel obligated to say that is a bad thing?

I do think you may still have a little crush on Sarah Palin. You
certainly seem to follow every tiny detail of what is going on in that
family.

Actually, I don't know why anyone would want to be a hedge fund manager,
but I certainly admire those who do a good job in the teaching professions.

As I stated, I do not fault the Palin kids for their lack of academic or
intellectual achievement. I pay $16 monthly for a haircut, and give the
haircutter a $10 tip in cash. I think my wife pays about what yours does
every three weeks. It's not a bad thing.

My interest in Sarah Palin is in her ability to rev up the GOP base with
demagoguery.

It took
her mother five or six colleges before she found one that would grant
her a degree.

Sarah Palin is a glib demagogue, but it doesn't appear that anyone in
that family is even moderately bright.

Your post sounded pretty snarky to me. What was your point?

Krause doesn't know how to not sound snarky.

He really doesn't.. I reached out to him years ago because somebody had
posted his phone number and I wanted to let him know it wasn't me.. Yes,
(just for the record that's why we talked that day) he was a snarky
asshole then too and spent half the time bragging about "that sound"
(racking and dry firing something) and asking me "do you know what that
sound is".. as if I was some kind of rambo wanna be like him.. LOL!

LOL! He only uses barbers that are members of the IBB.

International Brotherhood of Barbers.

And I am sure his barber is a "well educated, tall Asian" gentleman with
perfect diction... Probably the guy that taught his grandson Mandarin
when he was only four months old...:)

Hmmmm. Is that why Harry wears an ascot.

Having to live in a big city?

I suppose you could live in Omaha but only one guy has actually been
able to pull it off.

With high speed internet and decent air service you can work from just
about anywhere unless you want to have lunch on Hanover Square every

hardship there.

My son was employed by an architectural firm in Tennessee, and did
extensive work on some U.S. municipality pumping station projects
while living in the Philippines. did it all through the internet.

Are you kidding??? Do you not remember when she was on the cover of

Oh, I enjoy her revving up the morons. It helps ensure Republican
defeats for the White House.

I think, when Greg said 'you guys', he was referring to you guys that
get all revved up. Now you're
calling y'all morons?

You need to get a handle on your name-calling.

'Spec Circs?'
