Webmaster Georgetown Online September 22nd 03 03:45 AM

To all members of this newsgroup

I am the webmaster of Georgetown Online. I have operated the site for
several years and do not under, any circumstance, promote this Spam.

Unfortunately, an over anxious youthful member of my household thought he
was doing me and perhaps the sailing world, a favour by advertising my site.
I assure you that when he arrives home he will be grounded and lose his
computer privileges for several weeks.

Please accept my profound apologies.

awww,,, don't take the computer off him. He was only trying to help. Perhaps
a Keelhauling would be a better alternative or even just several lashings
with the cat.. They are traditional punishments, after all :-)

Certainly beat him to a bloody pulp, restrict his rations, confine him to
quarters, threaten him with the pillory in front of his classmates, dock his
pay, and cut his grog. But never, never restrict his computer time; that's
way, way beyond "reasonable punishment" to an aspiring geek!

Padeen, who had one of those, but lost him to Plato.
