Not sure who's emulating but Herring sure does say a lot of outrageous things.
Maybe the question should be...Does he do it to agitate Harry or is it the real him coming out.
Neither should be acceptable.

Herring doesn't agitate me. I just laugh at his ignorance, racism, and
