Here it is. Actually in much better shape than I thought it was going to be.

Isn't that the truth. This one was built in 1975, give or take a few months. But, disassembling it sure reminded me of cleaning the .45 in the Army. -- Salmonbait All decisions are the result of binary thinking. |

It should, That's a time honored design. BTW, John. I really like the custom license plate on the Le' Goose! http://s98.beta.photobucket.com/user...tml?sort=3&o=8 |

CZ uses the same sort of slide lock, but you can't push it out with your finger. I use a nylon stick I whittled down a little. Don't recall seeing anything like that removable bushing at the front of the barrel, though. Is that a decocker near the rear of the slide? Nice pistol, and better than the one he just bought new. |

I really like the custom license plate on the Le' Goose! http://s98.beta.photobucket.com/user...tml?sort=3&o=8 Two of my brothers, one in North Carolina, the other in Arizona, now have the same plate (or very close to it). A friend had RX4ME on his bike (an 850T he had bought from me). He couldn't maintain it, and sold it back to me (in sorry shape). I tried to get the tag transferred, but the license approval board (probably a bunch of old women) said the plate implied drug dealing. An appeal did no good. Sandy's Highlander is R&R4US, which works great when she's pulling the boat! -- Salmonbait All decisions are the result of binary thinking. |
