1. Find any post by Urine Asshole.
2. Right click on the name.
3. Select "Filters" - "New Kill Filter"
4, Make the ' Kill Action' "Delete"
5. Check the 'Apply filters to folder immediately' button.

Voila! You will immediately remove all urine and asshole marks from your screen!
