Viability begins in the second trimester.

Is that God's criteria?

Religion has nothing to do with it.

I wish.

The two most significant elements in anti-choice propaganda are
underpinned not by a desire to protect life, but by superstitious
religious beliefs and the need of insecure men to control women.

In Colorado, there's a lawsuit against the Catholic church for a now
dead pregnant plaintiff and twins she was carrying, all of whom died in
a Catholic hospital without being properly attended. The Catholic church
is trying to beg out of the suit by claiming life does not begin at
conception. So, the Catholic church is "pro-life" unless money is involved.

The single most significant element in pro-choice propaganda is the desire for irresponsible sexual
(of *any* type) freedom regardless of the consequences which should be remedied by the taxpayers.

That, ESAD, is the bottom line.
