Why not cruise down there and check it out for us?

Oh, the answer is extreme poverty and a repressive right wing government
that kills its enemies, perceived and real, and critics.

Honduras, maybe but how do you explain BVI?

Very small population, very small number of murders...a statistical
anomaly. I think there were two murders in the last year of entry on
that chart.

If you want to make comparisons with the murder rate and gun homicide
rate in the United States, the comparisons should be with similar kinds
of countries and societies, not with Honduras or El Salvador, which are
far more violent countries and societies than the United States, Great
Britain, Canada, Germany, Japan, et cetera.

I found this video to be interesting and frankly surprising. The guy
is obviously a gun ownership advocate, but he doesn't come across as a
ultra right wing nutcase. He makes solid points about how the media
and some politicians play on emotions resulting from tragic events,
but then puts them in overall perspective. I think the points he
makes towards the end of the video makes more sense than anything
coming out of DC or many of the reactionary media commentaries.

Did you find fault with the data - compiled by the World Health Organization?

"Public health data on homicides were mainly derived from databases on deaths by cause disseminated
by the World Health Organization (WHO)."

Maybe you should stick to projecting about your maternal relationships.
