I do have a few .22s and I just sold my .22 machine gun (for a 700% profit) It's a nicely made rifle, and pretty accurate right out of the box. I was going to get one of the ubiquitous Ruger .22s, but everyone I know who has one said it would "need work" to get as accurate as we'd want. I also looked at a CZ .22, which was also nice. But my local gun shop handles TC's, and gave me a good deal on the rifle and scope, mounted the scope properly, and sighted it in for me. I posted photos of this rifle when I got it a few years ago. If you want to drive out here, I'll let you look at it. But not touch it. With your infirmities, you'd probably drop it.
