Tagg Romney: Mitt 'Wanted To Be President Less Than Anyone I've Met'

Tagg Romney said his father "wanted to be president less than anyone
I've met in my life," according to the Boston Globe.

“He had no desire,” the eldest Romney son said. “If he could have found
someone else to take his place ... he would have been ecstatic to step
aside. He is a very private person who loves his family deeply and wants
to be with them, but he has deep faith in God and he loves his country,
but he doesn’t love the attention."

Tagg Romney told the paper that his father was resistant to running
because of his unsuccessful 2008 bid for president.

The oldest Romney son was an instrumental figure in his father's
political career. He served as an adviser to the 2012 campaign, and has
worked on previous campaigns.

Like his father, Tagg Romney attended Brigham Young University and
earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. However, he told the New
York Times that "I’d be really surprised if I did [run for office]. It’s
a really horrible process, and honestly I just don’t want to go through it."

Ann Romney told ABC in November that if her husband lost the election,
he wouldn't run again.

I see. So, Romney spent a billion dollars running for a job he didn't
really want.

He did an excellent job in avoiding victory.

The other GOP wannabes who stayed in the nominating race would have lost
by even larger margins.

I think we need more politicians like that. Instead of those in there for
power and money!

Not to worry; your actual political party, the GOP, is full of
candidates who can't get elected POTUS.

Did you know that in the Caymans you have to pay for bank services that are

OK let me think about this. I can put my $10 million in undeclared
income into Wells Fargo, I get free checking, a free safe deposit box,
free checks and this cool stuffed pony but I pay $3.5 million in
taxes.

OR

I put it in a Caymans bank, I pay some nominal transaction fees but I
pay no taxes. and I don't get the pony.

How do I decide ;-)

How could you even consider passing up the pony?
