The state of Virginia, on the other hand, seems headed back to the 16th
Century. Vaginal probes, ladies?

Bunch of bull****...

The current governor of Virginia and his bat**** crazy attorney general
pushed for a law to require women seeking abortions to be probed
vaginally, to wit: The governor...initially supported a vaginal probe
clause that would have required women to undergo a vaginal ultrasound
examination before having an abortion. After a national public outcry he
withdrew his support for the clause minutes before it was to be debated
by the Virginia House of Delegates. The adopted state measure still
requires doctors to perform an ultrasound examination (minus vaginal
probe) before performing an abortion and for women to wait 24 hours
after the ultrasound to have the abortion.

So, once again you demonstrate your ignorance.

Which state is better off financially, Virginia or Maryland? Virginia
doesn't need to have casinos to cover to supplement their budget.
