SEASIDE HEIGHTS, NEW JERSEY (WAFF) - The hurricane-ravaged east coast

Crews from Decatur Utilities headed up there this week, but Derrick
Moore, one of the Decatur workers, said they were told by crews in
New Jersey that they can't do any work there since they're not union
employees.

The crews that are in Roanoke, Virginia say they are just watching
and waiting even though they originally received a call asking for
help from Seaside Heights, New Jersey.

Understandably, Moore said they're frustrated being told "thanks, but
no thanks."

Stupid union pukes.

Talked to my nephew last night. He has a tree service compamy, and
he's up in NJ with his church organized group offering to cut and
remove fallen trees on people's property. He said they've been well
received by the local workers, but the people they are trying to help
are resistant! They knock on doors and ask if they can help by
cutting and cleaning up fallen trees, and the owners ask them things
like "What's the catch?" "What's in it for you?"

Seems these people are so used to being scammed they don't trust
anyone that is just there to help.

How embarrassing for Christie. But what about ol bat ears directive to
"do what ever it takes". Doesn't anybody listen to him anymore?

Yes, that whole area of the eastern seaboard is a corrupt mess and
always has been.
