ORLANDO, Fla. -- Forensic tests made public Wednesday show that George Zimmerman's was the only DNA that could be identified on the grip of the gun used to fatally shoot 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. The results rule out Martin's DNA from being on the gun's grip. Zimmerman's DNA also was identified on the gun's holster, but no determination could be made as to whether Martin's DNA was on the gun's holster, according to the report from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Looks like no "struggle for the gun" argument to be made. |

You've been watching too many TV shows. === Yes, and furthermore no struggle for the gun is necessary for Zimmerman to have felt "threatened" although it would certainly help his defense. |

It turns out that not only was there no Martin DNA on the gun, there was also NO Zimmerman DNA on the gun. (the only identifiable DNA was on the holster) Maybe Zimmerman didn't do it ;-) We know that Zimmerman kept his weapon clean. Clean weapons are happy weapons! |

Why would you want to take the chance of paying too much attention to a thug who can beat you senseless and you can't defend yourself. It is better to just look the other way. And that's what Martin tried to do! Bull**** He confronted Zimmerman. "why are you following me" remember? After Zimmerman confronted him, he asked why. Oh, you were there? |

Seems like the gun malfunctioned and went off on it's own, at just the right time. There was no human DNA on it. Case closed. |

No, they recovered some "male DNA" but it was not enough to be tied to any particular person. Maybe Martin shot himself. It certainly could have been Martin's, blowing the hell out of JP's assertion.. For that matter it was probably from the cop who put the gun in the evidence bag but since it didn't match Martin or Zimmerman they said it was unidentified just to avoid that controversy in an already controversial case. If the evidence was contaminated, it won't help Angie's case. Couldn't be that Zimmerman cleaned up the gun after the cops let him go, eh? Nah...... |

It is clear that Angie is throwing whatever she thinks will stick at George and she didn't throw this particular piece of bull****. Um, did you notice "the prosecuter said he lied" AND "in addition to the passport allegations, prosecutors also disclosed on Friday what the state?s attorney called an elaborate scheme by Zimmerman and his wife, Shelly, to conceal their true financial status from the court. Zimmerman ?intentionally deceived the court with the assistance of his wife,? according to the prosecution?s motion to revoke his bail." |
