Let's call them a delicacy and sell them in expensive restaurants.

Or maybe a bounty, $0.01 per pound and then when they get scarce raise
it to $0.03.

Let's teach those on food stamps and welfare how to fish!

Let them earn that check and EBT* card.

*EBT Three letter term to take the shame out of food stamps.
