No licensed guy did that installation, unless of course he was a union
hack... stealing labor from his company, taking customers under the table..

The baseboard is also separated from the floor. Either the baseboard
was improperly installed, or the floor is sagging. Either way, the
work was probably done by Krauses union carpenter friend as well.
