A cult is a cult is a cult and has nothing to do with politics. There
are enough published stories from people that fled the Mormon church
that corroborate my position.

Have we forgotten that the Mormons took up arms against the US
Military in Missouri, Illinois, and Utah? Have we forgotten that they
annihilated entire groups of settlers, man, woman, and child and
plundered their goods and livestock?

So did the Indians/Native Americans.

Can we forget that they wanted a state religion and, after losing that
war, demanded that they be able to live in "The State of Deseret,"
governed by their own religious leaders? Actually, the Mormons did mix
politics and religion, I guess. But, I'm not.

You need to read the US Constitution again. You need to obtain a better
understanding of Federalism. There is a reason that Congress, the
several states and the people are mentioned specifically. Congress shall
make no law..., ...reserved to the states of the people..., ... the
right of the people...

Geeze, I would never vote for anybody who went to that church for 20
years...

But you WOULD vote for a cult member like Romney, right?

Or do YOU wear Magic underwear, too?

A cult member? Magic underwear? Oh, I can see you are just here for
bluster and not serious, fact based conversation... Later
harry/loogie/bonnie.....

Interesting! No denial of magic underwear. So you are a member of the
same cult as Romney! Interesting!

Why would I deny wearing something that doesn't exist anywhere but in
your cowardly little world of trolls?

Really? Are you that stupid??

Never saw anything called magic underwear, you are just a hater.. Now go
**** yourself...

If this isn't a cult, I don't know what is. Really.

http://www.truthandgrace.com/mormonunderwear.htm

One step short of wearing one of those bags that Arab women are forced
to wear.

If you say so, and of course you would because you are dishonest. NOBODY
is supposed to see the garments, and they certainly aren't to hide
anybody... As to your link, I don't need to bother, as to the thread...
Just more hate and bigotry from the democrats here. It's certainly not
at all unexpected, liberals are about the most closed minded folks on
the planet save the kkk and alqueda...

Well, there you go, once again calling others "bigots" while you do
what? Make a bigoted remark about "liberals"!!!!!!!!! Too funny!!!!!!!

FOX news taught him that little "trick." He thinks it is smart, but
everybody sees through it.

Massachusetts had a state religion.
Connecticut had a state religion.

Oh, gosh, then, that makes it OK!

No harry, but it puts it in context, something you won't do...

Oh, you mean like, Charles Manson killed people so it was OK for
Hitler. Right.

Sure is nice here in MD! I think I'll go do something democratic.

Constitutional republic based upon democratic principles. We do not live
in a democracy.

I have a suggestion. If you really can preach the message of love and
tolerance effectively, you don't need to go to Haiti or Equatorial
Africa, or the South American rain forest, you only need to go to the
Bible Belt and help those people interpret the Bible without the 10
pounds of HATE they all find in it. That really would be a good deed.

Amen!

remind them of the covenants they have made. They are told that the
