Third place in the comparison test, but #1 choice for
women.

Boy...y'all are dumb.
If 53% are bought by women.. then 47% must be bought by men.
This probably reflects the population ratio of slightly more
women
then men in Canada& 'merica.

The men buy them for their wives.
Or the men in their lives.

I don't see why he is so frekin' upset. My Jeep Liberty with
the
tow
package is much more of a truck than his pink Rav4 will ever
be,
and
still it's a truck made for women, or for dad's to buy their
college
age
kids... So what!? I am small, it's got the towing I need,
it's a
good
tool for me, why would I run from that unless I was hiding in
the
closet
or insecure with my gender...:)

You bought a Liberty? When I was still handling Cars, they were
the
most gutless things I ever handled. The Diesel ones would barely
make
it up the dam truck. I guess they must " tune " them better at
the
Dealer. IMO....they're not much of a vehicle.

It's been a great race hauler for us... I am a tool guy, it's the
right
tool for the job.. We pull a 5x8 foot trailer, loaded weighs a
bit
more
than 2000 pounds, and we pull 90% of the time on the highway...
Good
AC,
comfortable seats, 4x4 when I need it.... 8 year bumper to bumper
warrantee... Like I said, I drive what I need to drive...

But Curly the car handler says they aren't much of a car.

Probably uses cars for general transport. I don't drive a car, I
drive a
race hauler... The wife has a car for around town stuff.

Yet another example of how delusional you are. Your "race hauler" is
just a car, albeit a "jeep" car.

Whatever you say harry. But go look in the shop, it's right there
with a
trailer hooked up ready to get some suspension testing done today...

You can call your Jeep whatever you want. It's still a Jeep and it is
still classified as a car or a small SUV.

Which is it? There is a difference.

It's a chick car, but I happen to drive one... The last "truck" I owned
was a Grumman Curbsider with a Chevy 230...:)

One of my gal buddies in New Haven drives a vehicle similar to your Jeep
car, and she calls it her "chickmobile."

Fair enough... like I said, I am not a progressive, I don't have
identity issues so it really doesn't bother me all that much what some
old pedophiles imaginary friend calls it. And I doubt your imaginary
friends Jeep is like mine with full tow package, custom carry rack, and
a few other goodies... snerk

I have no idea what she has on her jeep wagon, other than 4 wheel drive.

Yet he is the one who is so insecure that he thinks a man with long hair
is girly.

Gee, all of you " douchebag" lurkers here, sure jumped down my neck
for having a full head of curly hair......

Flagged as dumb and not interesting in any forum.

Depending on your state MVB it is quite possibly a "light truck".

Or even a station wagon!

They are all chick cars, just that some of us are secure enough to
call them what they a) Me and Jess were looking at Toyota Tundra
and Nissan Frontier today. Both four door but I hate that 4 foot box.

The Tundra is 6'6" I think...

Not the 4 door versions I saw there. If you want the small 100 series
with 4 doors, you only get a 4 foot bed. Unfortunately, that won't do.

Oh, just noticed that I said "Tundra", I meant Tacoma... The smaller truck.

Station Wagon? Now we're talking!

I love my 1990 Mercury Colony Park. It's my boat hauler.

My wife loves her 2009 Honda CRV but she's about to up grade to a
newer one with more options. Me? I find it a bit uncomfortable on
long trips but can tolerate it. I still love my Lincoln, though.

Buy the wife a Honda Pilot. That should keep you comfy on those long
trips. ;-)

I'm glad I read ahead. I know the Tundra has a larger bed!
