Congratulations, Kudos, Salutations,...

....and any other form of high praise are due to a good friend of mine.

This individual, who shall remain unnamed, has performed an extraordinary accomplishment.

Knowing the potential side effects of being very overweight, he decided to drop a few pounds. Since
February of last year, this person has gone from 290 lbs down to 225 lbs.

THAT, my friends, is an accomplishment worthy of lots of applause and pats on the back.

Way to Go, Buddy!!

It certainly is. Hopefully he'll share the secret. I know a few
people who have used weight watchers with a great deal of success. I
know a few others who were initially succesful but then fell off the
program and gained it back.

Oh, I forgot to mention the most important part of how he did this -- will power.

Yep, that's me. Gone from approx 290 down to 225lb.

A guy once told me that losing weight was easy- 'drink lots of water
and back away from the table just a little bit hungry. ' So far, I've
gone from a 46" waist to a 40. and am holding my own.

John is right. it's the will power to do it.
