Need help! What is this boat?

I have a little problem and i need your help. I've bought a boat which need to be renovated. But i have no idea what is the manufacturer, name and other informations about this boat. Can anyone recognize it? Do you know any details? I would be grateful for your help :) Cheers :)

I don't know of any production boats built in the US with that
particular style of detailing. My best guess is that it was custom
or semi-custom, possibly built in Europe, most likely from the mid to
late 1960s. Who is the engine made by? Any logos on the mast or
sails?

Pardon my asking, but why would you buy a boat and you don't know the
make? Did you not get any certification (title of ownership) with it?

The think has to have an identification plate somewhere.

I would buy a rig without some identification. Could be drug running or
stolen.
