There is a guy in the UK who has a 90 MPH inflatable boat with eight 250 hp outboards. Cross Channel smuggling is what he does. You can make a good living on cigs and booze and not risk the heavy time for drugs and guns. They are busting retired people on the Eastern Shore of Virginia for smuggling cigarettes. Good. They are just trying to supplement their meager social security checks. Perhaps some heavy fines and jail time will cut down on the smuggling.
