The government is succeeding at what the unions tried and failed to do.

I didn't watch your URL, but I think it hilarious that *you* of all
people are complaining about the government. You were a government
employee almost your entire working life, and so was your wife.

Yeah but... Johnny has already received his overly generous pension.
I wonder how he'd feel if Uncle Sam cut military pensions and retiree
benefits in half for the 'good of the nation'?

Herring and his wife are living off government pensions. I'm sure Mrs.
Herring worked hard for hers and deserves it.

Is your pension "overly generous", Suckling Don? How would you feel if
your's was cut?

Are you suggesting that former government employees should not be concerned about the government?

Would you also suggest that former union officials should not be concerned about unions?

Should former teachers not be concerned about education?

Must I go on?

Although you, according to you, are extremely bright, that comment was quite silly.

See you next month.

Yep. And comes with debt-tax slavery too. 0bama gets another term, he
will have more than doubled the US national debt, more than all
residents before him combined.

Fact is America can't afford 0bama.

And why I say USA is bankrupt. At a fair rate of 5% interest on money,
$15 trillion is $750 billion, more than 1/2 of all income taxes collected.

Government would have to shrink to less than 25% of its current size to
balance the budget @ 5%.

Why is interest rates important? As the Bernanke money print fraud
dilutes the currency, the currency becomes weak. The only way to defend
the weakness is to increase interest rates.

Fact is USA can't defend its currency any longer. Sooner or later the
USD value is going to crash hard.

Hey, government is going to screw former government employees too. You
had better wake up. Big fat government only has one use for its people,
debt-tax slaves. Look at Greece. Only difference is Bernanke will
translate it to hyper-inflation for you.

Because in value terms, your income is going down. Infation is going to
eat it alive and government is going to lie to you about it.

US DC Federal debt is past the tipping point. Like Greece, a 60% cut in
government and a huge rise in taxes are inevitable. That is why I am
exiting the USA, as there are much better places to invest.
