One of the reasons I decided early not to do the traditional mutual fund and pooled funds bull**** is I recognized the big funds can't move in our out of shares easily. If they have 10,000,000 shares in say Ford, and bad (or good) news come they can't average in or out like a smaller investor. Nothing pays like DIY. The small investor advantage. When 2008 looked like it was shaping up, in 2007 I was moving out of the markets. Big funds can't do that. -- The reason government can't fix the economic problems is government is the problem. |
