Attaching bulkheads to plastic kayak

I have an older Sea Lion (plastic) kayak and the bulkheads are in need
of being re-glued to the hull to close up some leaks. What is the best
material to use for this purpose?

3M 5200 Marine Adhesive Sealant - assuming that it will stick to the
particular formulation of the plastic your kayak is made out of.

I agree with Bill. Lexel seems to be well regarded and often used by
kayak manufacturers.
