The Dems do like to discuss issues, they then like to pat themselves on the back for discussing the issue. The Dems do not like to take action because taking action implies accountability. Notice that Obama showed up to his recitation of talking points without the promised plan. Last night was a political rally. Everyone with a three digit IQ knows it.
