You can have debt with a zero deficit. numb-de-plum could try all day and not get 50%. Next time take it yourself. |

Eisboch The only way you can override the SCOTUS is to also get 2/3ds of both houses of congress and 3/4ths of the state legislatures in an amendment to the constitution. Even worse, I think we all had classes that included this information! In the 4th or 5th grade. Don't go on the Foxworthy show! BTW this was a strange question for a lawyer to miss. I would expect you to understand the ramifications of a SCOTUS decision. It was. I guess I read it too fast. |
