Eisboch You're right Richard. there has never been any charges by the state or fed concerning this matter against Gibson to date. In 2009, The fed confiscated about a half million dollars in inventory from Gibson, and has never returned it, now , over a million in this raid and still no charges filed. And, the resolution is via the court system. I still don't see what all the huff is about. If they were in the right, they'll be made whole. Of course, this has nothing to do with the current raid. |
