new Western Snowpack map

Things are looking good in the northern and western parts of the western US.
A map of February snowpack (measured as streamflow forecasts) just appeared:

Another dry year so far in Arizona and New Mexico, however.

Good snowpack in my part of Montana. If this keeps up we will have the best
runoff in years.
