This show started off rough for my #2 son Friday night as he hit road
debris (chunks of wood) on the way up and ruptured the gas tank on his Dodge Charger. Called me and I drove to meet him partway to Truro (thanks to Chrysler deralership employee from that area who drove son & girlfriend half way to Halifax). Next morning he borrowed the RAV4 and started out again... getting into the camping/parking area about 1500 hrs yesterday. He texted that he was glad the RAV4 had 4 wheel drive.. whatever that means. ;-) It did rain heavily yesterday and they were parking in a field. Got a text message that he arrived home at 0300 hrs this morning and he'll give the RAV4 back later this am. Now... because of some lazy idiots carelessness, he had to pay a $160.00 tow bill.. will have to replace the gas tank... and his car is sitting 100 kilometers away... waiting for the long weekend to end. If they can get a tank in quickly... he may get the car back on Tuesday...otherwise ?? http://thechronicleherald.ca/Front/1256060.html |

Since we have discontinued Google and my Facebook Boating Groups, I was missing your links. Was you son drinking and driving again? Well, since neither one of us boat, it is always good to hear about you and your RAV4. What does deralership mean? |

Asshole, sure it is terrible when people drop stuff on the highway, but most people (including everyone who was on the road before his son) drove around the chunk of wood. If his son wasn't drunk he probably would have missed the chunk of wood. |
