Bahia de los Angeles
 

Hi,
I am planning a kayaking trip to the Sea of Cortez this January.
Have been to Bahia de los Angeles about 4 to 5 times before and have
found each time to be quite different. Am curious to know if anyone
has recent information.
For example:

how is parking near Bahia de los Angeles?
any regulations about sleeping on the islands?
any news about frequency of gas stations on the roads to Bay of L.A.?
any news about Mexican police activity?
e.g. are they still stopping folks to demand bribes?
anything you wish you had brought on your last Baja island paddle?
any good websites or books with more info?

any information or trip reports would be much appreciated.
