Who would want a mortgage. A mortgage used to indicate a promise to pay.
Now it's not worth the paper it's printed on. Negative equity is a scary
thing.

Why would I want a mortgage? Why should I pay the bank interest when I
don't need to? Hell, banks pay me or I don't deal with them.

No wonder your poor and a dependent fleabag. Financial freedom comes
with no debt lifestyles and I have the 2850 sq/ft home paid for and no
debt since 1991.

Why would I want to ruin a perfectly good positive cash flow in retirement?
