Kansas City Whitewater
 

I'm going to be in Kansas City, Missouri the first weekend of December, and
I was wondering if anyone knows where the closest whitewater is to the city
there, what class water, how often it's runnable, etc. Any info would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.

My best guess would be in northwest Arkansas. I think the Buffalo Creek is
there. Otherwise, as you might guess there are a few rivers in the Missouri
Ozarks. jc

The first two have local "play spots", and maps to them... Not a lot
here locally...
